happy birthday dear sista :)

Today is my sister's, Shanandra, birthday. Watched X-men Origins: Wolverine (a must-see movie! so kewl!!) and hung out with my sista and Vina.. found out that Daniel Henney is one of the cast, which made me even love that movie more. He is so hot!!!!!! *sigh* remember my old post about him in a korean drama Spring Waltz? God I love him. his body... the fact that he's half Asian (American-Korean)..his smile..his voice..his moves..his acts..his friendly attitudes towards his fans..aaaa...I love everything in him..I want him!!

anyway, yesterday I went to a thrift market with them..will post about it tomorrow after they're all dry. hihihi I am so happy.. I got many good friends, a family, a boyfriend, wonderful days...What a sweet world,huh?

drama addict

whether korean, or taiwanese, or japanese drama, they're all very nice! very sad, but very romantic. call me a very late person, but i just finished watching the whole episodes of Silence. that tv series once was reproduced in indonesian, but i didn't watch it that time. and FYI, that film was successful to make me cry for hours, again and again.
even the soundtrack itself is extremely sad and has a sorrowful harmony.

and now, i am starting to watch Boys Before Flowers, which is the korean series of F4. which is very funny in its beginning. i like the soundtrack too.

shopping desire

i don't know why, but lately i crave a lot for shopping, especially after i find this bloopendorse online shop that sells cute outfits and for a smart-aka cheap, price. most of them are below Rp 200k !! the problem is, i don't have a personal bank account, so i guess i'd just persuade my mom to do the transferring. she'll be willing to help, won't she? if it's okay for her so it will be my first online shopping! i'm so excited about it. \^o^/

btw, since by tomorrow, my mom's office is back-to-its-daily-basis, (not a holiday anymore), i'll go with her to her office and do something to my plain pink headband, perhaps to make it to be similar to one of topshop's. i will try the best and use fabric that i bought last holiday. they're piling in my drawer waiting to be cut and sewn! it will be cute, i promise. it's fun actually making your own things, rather than buying same-looking things for an expensive price.

it's kinda like Blair's, and i love her headbands!

and also, today i watched the Slumdog Millionaire. it was great! so touchy, shocking yet funny. Danny Boyle is a genious, i could say. the film is very realistic.

when i watched the movie i just realized that i've been absent for watching who wants to be a millionaire for ages! it was and is still my favourite television quiz till now.

ah! it's almost midnight! that is my cue to sleep since tomorrow i have to 'work'.

hooraayy!!!

finally..! this examination week is now over!
yeah! ^O^

i'm so glad that the next 2 week, it's a holiday!
actually we have to come to school on monday and tuesday after next week, but i consider those two days holiday, since i don't know that we are supposed to go on those days. ^^,
what i know is that the galungan, kuningan and nyepi holidays are taking 2 weeks off the school.

anyway,,
today is the last day of school and i have no lessons today!

so i just watch the korean tv series called Spring Waltz

and also, lately i am thinking of buying a camera and a lomo.
do you know what a lomo is? just click this.
there are many types, and i'm more attracted to the supersampler one.
it's not that expensive and it's very vintage, since it uses film to process the images. and the shape of the camera, so cute!!!

i got the inspiration about this posting from a korean movie i watched yesterday.

it was about a mother who did everything for his beloved children, especially to her youngest son. since he was a kid, he always said that he loved his mom so much. btw they're a lower-middle class family. that boy always slept with her mom everynight, even until he became a writer. his mom was very proud of him at that time. he was her favourite kid since all her other kids had left her because of marriage. not that she didn't love the other two.

in their small house there were only the two of'em. until one day, the kid said to his mother that he needed to live on his own so that he could do better pieces of writings. his mom let him go. and live by her own, alone. without letters or phone calls from her son. she wrote letters, but all of them are returned since the addresses were not specified.

...

his eyes were full of tears, finding his mother with other old women living and controlled together. she was crazy before. but not until she recognized her son. after 30 years since he left her.

...

he searched for clues in that old house. that nostalgic house where he lived before with her mom.he found the returned letters wrote by her mom.

and regreted that he left her. his mom always wished that he'd come back.


"I'm blind when I can see, I'm deaf when I can hear.."

yeah, i did.
i couldn't see how hard my mom struggled to make me happy, even if she has to sacrifice herself.
because of that movie i realized that my mother keeps doin the best for me.
and i'm sure, it's not just my mom, but your mom, his mom, her mom, their mom..
all of our mother.

all that i wanna say to you is,
don't be blind and deaf when you can see and hear.

see how much she has done for you.
